Return & Exchange Policy

At MY LIGHT we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your bag, we are here to help with a hassle-free exchange process.

7-Day Easy Exchange

  • You can exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Please note that items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+92 303 8959099) with photos of the defect.

  • We will provide a replacement at no extra cost to you.

How to Start an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Send a message on WhatsApp at +92 303 8959099 with your Order ID.

  2. Dispatch: Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to our warehouse address (to be shared on WhatsApp).

  3. Inspection & Shipping: After we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your new exchange item within 2-4 working days.

Refund Policy

  • We currently offer Exchanges or Store Credit only. We do not offer cash refunds unless a product is out of stock.
