At MY LIGHT we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your bag, we are here to help with a hassle-free exchange process.
7-Day Easy Exchange

You can exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Please note that items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+92 303 8959099) with photos of the defect.

We will provide a replacement at no extra cost to you.
How to Start an Exchange

Contact Us: Send a message on WhatsApp at +92 303 8959099 with your Order ID.

Dispatch: Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to our warehouse address (to be shared on WhatsApp).

Inspection & Shipping: After we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your new exchange item within 2-4 working days.
Refund Policy

We currently offer Exchanges or Store Credit only. We do not offer cash refunds unless a product is out of stock.
