1. Dispatch & Processing Time

We follow a dedicated next-day dispatch cycle to ensure every order is handled with care:

  • Next-Day Dispatch: All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will be dispatched on Tuesday.

  • Sunday Policy: Our dispatch operations are closed on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday and dispatched on Tuesday.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Major Cities: 2 – 3 working days.

  • Other Regions: 3 – 5 working days.

  • Note: External factors like weather or public holidays may occasionally cause slight delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,500.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure you are available at the provided contact number to receive your parcel smoothly.
